This Privacy Statement is applicable to the processing by Nielen Schuman of all personal data of its (prospective) clients, suppliers, business partners and job applicants. This Privacy Statement does not address the processing of personal data of employees in the context of their professional relationship with Nielen Schuman.

The criteria Nielen Schuman uses to determine the retention periods include: if you have an agreement with Nielen Schuman, your personal data shall be retained for as long as needed to provide services to you; Nielen Schuman shall retain your personal data as long as it has an ongoing relationship with you; Nielen Schuman shall retain your personal data as needed to ensure compliance with its legal and contractual obligations.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
You have the right to request from Nielen Schuman access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of the processing of your personal data or to object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability.
Where Nielen Schuman processes your personal data on the basis of your consent you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
